A staircase with a glass skylight leads down to the ground floor, with the social space, the kitchen-living room and the outdoor leisure area connected to the pool. At the back there is a glass-block bathroom with access from the patio, a drying area opening to the side garden, a cabinet with sink and washing machine, clad in glass ceramic, and a service room that can serve as a bedroom or storeroom.
The concrete structure, well resolved by engineers and architects, spans more than 8 metres and leaves a single exposed circular concrete pillar in the kitchen, next to the concrete counter. The garage is in house II; if the houses are sold separately, a garage would be opened in house I with access from the upper street, giving each its own access to the two streets.
